Yes, for most network-based remote functions. They should normally be connected to the same local network and able to communicate with each other.
The app is designed primarily for local control. Remote internet control is not available unless a specific supported device feature explicitly provides it.
Some TVs require one-time approval through the physical remote before accepting commands from a new phone. After successful pairing, the connection may be saved for future use.
It depends on the television. Network standby or an equivalent setting may be required, and some models do not support remote network wake-up.
The TV may treat the phone as a new controller after a network, firmware, IP-address or app-data change. Approve the request and save the connection again.
No. Current iPhone models do not contain a built-in infrared blaster. The iPhone app uses compatible network-based TV controls.
No. IR control requires an Android phone with physical infrared hardware. An application cannot add that hardware through software.
Not always. Some services block mirroring or display a black screen because their content is protected.
The app may provide free functionality and optional premium access. Available plans, pricing, billing periods and trial information are displayed before confirmation.
Subscriptions must be cancelled through the Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.
Apple subscriptions are generally managed through the subscriber's Apple Account. Our support team can help identify the correct steps but cannot access your Apple Account.
Sign into the same store account used for the original purchase, open the app and select Restore Purchases.
The app is not intended to build a viewing-history profile. Any analytics, advertising, diagnostic or device information processed by the app or its service providers is described in the Privacy Policy.
No. The app is independently developed. Manufacturer names are used only to describe compatibility.
