Subscriptions and Billing

Optional premium access

TV Remote may offer premium plans that unlock features described on the purchase screen. Available plans, prices, billing periods and free-trial eligibility can differ by platform, country and account.

Before you subscribe

The purchase screen will display:

• The premium features included
• The billing period
• The price in your store currency
• Whether a free trial is included
• The date or conditions under which billing begins
• Whether the plan renews automatically

Automatic renewal

Unless cancelled, an auto-renewable subscription continues for the selected billing period and is charged through the Apple Account or Google Account used for the purchase. Cancel before the renewal date shown in your store subscription settings to avoid the next charge.

Cancelling on iPhone or iPad

Open Settings, tap your name, select Subscriptions, choose TV Remote and tap Cancel Subscription. If no cancellation button appears and an expiry date is shown, the subscription is already cancelled.

Cancelling on Android

Open Google Play subscriptions, select TV Remote, tap Cancel subscription and follow the instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. Access normally remains available for the period already paid after cancellation.

Restore purchases

Open TV Remote and select Restore Purchases while signed into the same Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase.

Refund requests

Apple purchases

Apple processes App Store billing and refund eligibility. Sign in to Apple's official purchase-support service, choose Request a refund, select the purchase and follow the instructions.

Google Play purchases

Google Play refund eligibility depends on the purchase, time since purchase, payment method and region. Use Google Play's official refund flow or contact our support team for an undelivered or non-working purchase.
