1. Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your use of TV Remote: Smart & Universal, its website and related services. By installing, accessing or using the application, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Do not use the Services if you do not agree.

3. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. A minor may use the Services only with authorization and supervision from a parent or legal guardian where required.
4. Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the application on devices you own or control, in accordance with applicable store rules.
You may not sell, rent, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, modify or commercially exploit the application except where applicable law expressly permits it.
5. App functionality
TV Remote is designed to control selected compatible televisions, streaming players and infrared devices. Functionality depends on factors including:
- Phone model and operating system
- TV or device brand and model
- Device firmware
- Wi-Fi network configuration
- Local-network permissions
- TV pairing settings
- Infrared hardware
- Screen-mirroring compatibility
- Manufacturer changes
We do not guarantee compatibility with every television or device, even where a manufacturer or device family is mentioned.
6. User responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the application only with devices you own or are authorized to control
- Maintain the security of your phone, network and store account
- Obtain permission before controlling a device belonging to another person
- Follow applicable laws and manufacturer instructions
- Avoid using the app in a way that interferes with networks or devices
- Provide accurate information when contacting support
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to:
- Access or control a device without authorization
- Disrupt a network or device
- Circumvent security or access controls
- Introduce malicious code
- Copy or misuse application content
- Commit fraud or impersonate another person
- Violate intellectual-property rights
- Use automated systems to abuse the Services
- Engage in unlawful or harmful activity
8. Free and premium features
The application may offer free features, advertising-supported functionality, one-time purchases, subscriptions or trials. The exact premium benefits are described on the purchase screen.
Availability and pricing may vary by platform, region, currency and promotional eligibility.
9. Auto-renewable subscriptions
When you purchase an auto-renewable subscription:
- Payment is charged through your Apple Account or Google Account
- The subscription renews for the selected period unless cancelled
- The renewal price and period are displayed before purchase
- Any trial converts to a paid subscription as disclosed on the purchase screen unless cancelled
- You are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date
- Removing the app does not cancel the subscription
- Cancellation normally stops future renewal while allowing access for the already-paid period
Subscription management is handled through the store account used to make the purchase.
10. Restoring purchases
Restorable purchases may be restored using the Restore Purchases option while signed into the same store account used for the original transaction.
11. Refunds
Purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable store rules, local law and the circumstances of the transaction.
Contact support when a purchased feature was not delivered or does not function as represented. Do not provide full payment-card information.
12. Advertising and third-party services
The free version may display third-party advertising. The app may also use third-party analytics, diagnostics, billing or support services.
Your interaction with a third-party service may be governed by that provider's terms and privacy policy.
13. Intellectual property
The application, website, software, interface, original graphics, text and related materials are owned by or licensed to NCAP Solutions LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Services or their content to you.
14. Manufacturer names and trademarks
Names such as Samsung, LG, Sony, Vizio, Roku, Android TV, Google TV, Fire TV and Apple TV belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe potential compatibility.
TV Remote is independently developed and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by those manufacturers.
15. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Services to improve performance, security or compatibility, respond to manufacturer changes, comply with legal requirements or manage business operations.
An update may change supported devices or minimum system requirements.
16. No safety-critical use
The Services are intended for ordinary consumer entertainment and household-device control. They are not designed for emergency systems, medical equipment, industrial control, security systems, vehicles or any activity where failure could cause injury, death or significant property damage.
17. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
We do not guarantee that:
- Every device will be discovered
- Every remote command will be available
- Connections will remain uninterrupted
- Network power-on will work
- Screen mirroring will support every type of content
- Manufacturer updates will not affect compatibility
- The Services will always be error-free or available
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
18. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NCAP Solutions LLP and its officers, employees, contractors and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.
19. Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security risk or legal requirement.
Termination does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.
20. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Gujarat, India, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts located in Surat, Gujarat, India will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the Services, business practices or applicable requirements change. Updated Terms will display a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
